  Toledo Auto Approval is PROFESSIONAL and treat you like a human being. I will never go into a auto dealership again, because I hate the feeling of being harassed by people fighting for commission. But the people with TAA understand that you are working to make a significant purchase, and that's a HUGE deal for most people. Be careful reading reviews on here, because it seems every cockroach that climbs out of the dirt can say whatever they'd like. As long as you are HONEST about your job, income and what you're looking for in a car, TAA will DELIVER.

  GREAT EXPERIENCE - buying a car is usually such a hassle and going into an actual dealership is equivalent to going to the dentist to get your wisdom teeth pulled! Being able to give all of my information to Toledo Auto Approval via the internet was the most painless and surprisingly easy process to purchase a car. There were a few phone calls made between us, but that was part of their "concierge" type service. Wanting to get every detail of my new car correct to my specifications. They really took their time with me, since I really had a hard time deciding which car I wanted. Not once did they make me feel like I was wasting their time, they had immense patience and understanding that I do not believe one would be able to receive at ANY car dealership. So, based on my personal and delightful experience I would HIGHLY recommend Toledo Auto Approval.
