- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible time getting ahold of anyone in mortgage department, then they charge me to get a preapproval which by the way is free at most credit unions,weeks go by and they need more info or my info isnt sufficient....finally kim i think her name was gets ahold of me and still dosent have a direction for me to head so i tell them im no longer intrested went to my actual credit union,no hassle. avoid these people at all costs if you ever want to get a mortgage.By tito chooch, November 04, 2016
